Dear Amazon seller support:

Thank you for your concern regarding our account. we received a notification today that our sales permission was frozen because the account is related to multiple fraudulent and blocked accounts.

First of all, as a seller, we always follow Amazon's regulations strictly. We have registered our own brand in all countries of the world and invested in plants and factories. Our products are very popular among consumers all over the world.

We have launched an inquiry on the incident, the reasons are: with the ever-increasing expansion of the company scale, we purchased a batch of second-hand computers. We haven't reinstalled the system of those computers. meanwhile, the hard disk hasn't been formatted. Our colleagues logged into the Amazon account on the computer and caused unintentionally an association of accounts. We didn't know at that moment if this batch of used computers had ever been registered or logged in to the Amazon backend. We have not done any illegal operations. I hope that Amazon can take this into consideration.

If we recover my sales rights,  we are taking the following steps to improve our performance:

1. First of all, absolutely, we will learn through all the policies and rules about selling on your platform. Take it very seriously and avoid violating the platform policy.

2. Arrange our technical professionals to reinstall all the used computers of our company, format the hard disk right away, and we promise will not buy second-hand computers in the future.

3. We only have one Amazon account and we really want to sell our high-quality products on Amazon.
