4.15 亚马逊德国站账号申诉模板

亚马逊对德国站卖家的血腥屠杀从昨天晚上开始，还在持续中，目前德国站给出的申诉途径就只有后台的申诉按钮。如下图：

即便是点击申诉按钮，也只能得到两种选择：

1 提交免责声明

2 提交税务证书

但有的卖家并不是不愿意提交税务证书，而是由于德国税局的拖沓而不能按时拿到自己的税务证明导致错过上传时效造成的封号。

这种卖家可以来说，这简直就是场无妄之灾，明明已经按照要求提交资料进行了税号申报，却由于德国税局的人手不够导致延期，这个锅还只能自己背，真的就是打落的牙齿往肚子里咽，有苦也说不出。

Dear Amazon，

Thanks for your mail and I feel sorry to know my account has been closed.

I could realize it was because I haven’t uploaded my VAT certificate before 15th April.

Actually,I know Amazon had asked for the DE VAY certificate several months ago, from that time, I started to deal with the certificate.

XX（时间）,I have appiled for a local tax number in Berlin Tax Center.

XX（时间）,I have applied for a DE tax number in Federal Tax Processing Center.

And  XX（时间）, I have applied for a copy of the tax certificate in German Finance Bureau.

But there are too many sellers making the application that German Finance Bureau couldn't reply these application on time, and I couldn't get my tax certificate on time.

The above is how I dealt with the VAT certificate, also the reason why I couldn't submit my tax certificate before 15th April. I really want to upload the certificate on time, but I can’t.

Dear Amazon, I always want to be a good seller and provide great products to my customers.I have never violated Amazon's any regulation.

In the future,I will be more active about Amazon's policy and prepare in advance . The mail just want to tell you that I support Amazon seller to apply for VAT certificate but I have no way to help German Finance Bureau reply the application faster.
