你要提供 Test Buy 的 Order ID！确保说其他卖家销售的商品为＂假货＂或者是＂仿冒品＂！（有些卖家要做 Test Buy 的时后，会被跟卖者发现你是中国卖家，然后他们就会 Cancel Order，所以这边要技巧一点！）买了跟卖者的商品后，要提出跟您的 Listings 不一样的地方！比如说你卖的明明是皮卡丘：

The store or business name of the seller you are reporting

Your order ID

A concise explanation of the violation

小建议：Report 的时后，最好提供您投诉卖家的 Seller ID，店铺名称可能会随时变动，但是 Seller ID是不会变得，Seller ID如图示，为 Seller = XXXXXXXX，那一串英数的 ID！

4．有一点非常重要，在投诉的文内，不要提到 "trademark" 或者 "copyright"，不然会转到亚马逊的 Legal Department，接下来会无尽地等待．．．会拉长反应的时间

5．＂不要留差评＂，在你 Test Buy 之后，不要留差评给他！您可能会让这个 Listing 惹上麻烦！

6．向您申诉的卖家，申请退货！要求对方负担运费以及全额退款，如果对方有异议，直接开 A-Z ，卖家都很忙的，没时间跟他胡搞瞎搞！
