亚马逊的坑真的是一波未平一波又起!刚经历封号大潮准备重新步入正轨之时,亚马逊又搞事情!就是不让人好过!突如其来的警告,虽然确实是刷了一点点单,因为店铺是新的,链接也是新的,所以亚马逊不得不怀疑,也是正常现象!但是这封绩效是没有任何证据的,就是试探你,让你自己承认!

收到这封绩效的时候,千万不要慌,去店铺健康那里点申诉!

现在亚马逊很G, 点进去你会发现,就是让你打钩承认。如果你点了然后提交了,那么恭喜你,成功进入亚马逊的黑名单,再一个警告就直接关店!

需要点下面的误判才能有提交申诉的地方,一定要睁大眼睛好好看,到处都是坑坑洼洼的水泥路啊~~

点误判的话,就是需要写POA,然后提交一些文件证据!那我们要怎么写申述信呢?我们仔细看一下那封绩效的内容,其中有很重要的三点信息:

这就是表示怀疑,但是没有实质性的证据证明你刷单,就是了你操控排名、销量、评论!遇到问题不要慌,仔细琢磨琢磨!我们肯定是不能往他说的操控评论那个点写的,就不承认我们操控销量就好。只要提供我们说只是做了站外code推广啊,做coupon推广啊等等,就是不承认操控销量,更别说是操控评论了!(我就是这么写的,10号收到的警告,11号提交申诉,12号警告就没有了!)----注意:能收到点明Asin的警告的,基本上之前有收到过没有点明Asin的,但是警告内容是差不多的绩效!(这个也是要申诉的)

进入正题:

POA第一句,肯定是要对绩效的问题,进行回答的!

1.由于疫情原因,挤压库存,销售困难,炒了很多员工,需要资金周转发工资

2.经调查是某位员工为了改善销量,与第三方合作发了帖子(写上你突然间几号的订单增多的,就写几号发的帖子,根据他说的Asin,每一个都要说清楚!这个很重要!)

3.我们支付第三方佣金,给多少折扣帮我们发帖

提供中介的聊天记录,必须详细到每个ASIN,还有发帖的时间,给的优惠的折扣等等和付款截图,发帖那几天的出单信息(备注:强调使用优惠的人并不多,代表没啥效果,并不没有造成操控销量的影响)

二、收到警告后避免以后再次发生的解决措施--Actions we take to avoid violations

1.高层召开紧急会议,对某位员工做出处罚

2.拉黑删除中介,禁止以后再次发生

3.培训员工的平台意识,禁止有违反行为的出现(就写每次申诉会出现的套路就好了)
