I am writing this letter because I have recently received malicious comments and would like the Comment Complaint Team to help me investigate and remove these false comments of unfair commercial competition, thank you very much! Below are the evidence and screenshots I provided.

Reason:

1. Diane review has no real purchase, None of them has a Verified Purchase.

2. Diane reviews are often updated several times a day. He usually gives different products and different negative reviews within a day, which is not in line with normal reviews.

3. All of the reviews are negative reviews and post by that buyer account. Only the last few days have been updated with positive reviews, and the updates have been very intensive.

4. I sold this product on September 16 and Diane reviewed it on September 24, just one week after maliciously smearing my product without going through with the purchase.

As you can see, I am a new seller and I have only 3 products in my store. As a new seller, I have always followed Amazon's rules and no irregularities.

This behavior violates the regulation of Amazon's manipulation of reviews, they damage the ratings of other sellers, their products, by giving malicious reviews to other sellers. Please investigate this account and help me to delete this review to create a fair seller environment and also please ban this fake buyer account, I’d be grateful if you could help me.

Reason:

1. Those review of LilibetBruniniqE and AbbigayleOvetaeU has no real purchase, None of them has a Verified Purchase.

2. These buyer names are automatically machine generated strings of garbled codes or serial numbers, unlike normal buyer names.

3. All of these buyer accounts have only 2 review, and all of them are negative and are for the same product, which is not in line with normal reviews.

4. Those reviews were post on August 31st, It's a very concentrated period of time, it's not consistent with the normal review display time, which shows that it was post on the same day, or over a period of time.

5. The number of bad reviews for this product increased by 6 in a week (Three of these bad reviews were added on the same day) and the number of malicious reviews for my product without going through with the purchase is 2. According to the previous record of bad reviews for this product, there is a maximum of 1 bad review a month.

As you can see, I am a legitimately run seller. As a regular seller, I have always followed Amazon's rules and no irregularities.
